By opening the packet seal or the packet in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms of this document.
You also agree to all of the terms of this document when you place order for any PrepMate products.
PrepMate packet contains copyrighted practice tests or review tests or other educational material (PRODUCT) for K-12 students published by PrepMate / HamaraGuide, Inc. (PUBLISHER).
The contents may have been updated or modified from time to time without any notice. Visit www.prepmate.com for information about this product and other PrepMate educational products and to request a sample.
Return Policy: If you want to return this product, do not open the packet seal or the packet in any way. If you purchased this product from a retail store, you may return this product, at your cost, to where you purchased, in UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED, LIKE NEW condition in accordance with the Return / Refund policy of the retail store within the time period specified by the retail store.
If you purchased this product directly from PrepMate, you may return this product, at your cost, to PrepMate, in UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED, LIKE NEW condition within 10 days of purchase for a refund.
No refund will be given if this packet seal or packet has been opened or tampered with in any way. Any shipping and handling charges incurred in the sale will not be refunded. A re-stocking fee may be applied for returns.
Product use: This product is sold only for the personal, one-time use of the student or buyer who purchased this product. Duplication, reproduction, distribution, donation, sale, re-sale or sharing of this product in any form for any reason or making this product available in any manner to any one else is strictly prohibited.
This product cannot be used in any way by schools, school teachers, tutoring centers, private tutors or educational centers / institutions / workers for multiple students.
Please contact the publisher for school packs or other licenses for multiple students.
No part of the text, illustrations and any other contents of the product may be copied or reproduced or quoted or distributed in any manner for any reason.
If the product is illegally sold or used in any manner, the publisher reserves all rights to restrain the use and also to claim damages, losses and costs from the seller and the user of the product or the contents.

The publisher also makes or offers no warranty or guarantee for the physical quality of the contents including, but not limited to, the appearance, paper and other materials, color and printing.
The buyer may report, with adequate proof and in writing, any errors / defects in the product within 30 days of purchase.
The publisher, at its sole discretion, may choose to replace the erroneous page only.
No replacement will be made if any error is reported after 30 days of purchase.
The publisher cannot be held liable for any delays in production or delivery or shipment or postage for any reason, including but not limited to, due to an Act of God, action by government, system failures, telecommunication failures, electrical failures, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal or transportation interruption, unavailability of material or supplies.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THE PUBLISHER OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AUTHORS, REVIEWERS, EDITORS OR ASSOCIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR FAILURE IN TESTS/EXAMS, POOR TEST/EXAM PERFORMANCE OR POOR SCORES/GRADES OR POOR EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT, EITHER ENTIRELY OR PARTLY, OR RELATED TO PRODUCT ERRORS OR RELATED TO SHIPPING DELAYS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE PUBLISHER HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLISHER TO THE CUSTOMER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Choice of Law and Forum: Any disputes related to this sale / product shall be governed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA. Any legal action to interpret or enforce the terms of this sale / document / product shall be brought only in the state or federal courts, as applicable, located in New York.
Miscellaneous: No public statements concerning the existence or terms of this document / sale will be made or released to any medium except with the prior approval of the publisher and the buyer or as required by law.
