Orders received before 3 pm on business days will be shipped the same day if stocks are available. Orders received after 3 pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. SHSAT / TJHSST books will be shipped by US Postal Priority Mail. All other orders are shipped by US Postal first-class mail. All prices are inclusive of shipping charges.

Cancellation & Refunds: Full 100% refund will be given if a workshop registration is cancelled 3 full days before the 1st day of the workshop. 50% refund will be given if a workshop registration is cancelled 1 full day before the 1st day of the workshop. No refund will be given if a workshop registration is cancelled within 1 full day before the 1st day of the workshop. No refund (partial or full) will be given if a student is unable to attend the workshop (any day / days) for any reason.
